We’re thrilled to celebrate Lizzie who has just earned a distinction in her CMI Level 5 Operations/Departmental Management Apprenticeship, this outstanding achievement is a testament to Lizzie’s hard work and dedication to her work and studies.

Lizzie began her Apprenticeship back in April 2022 with Whyy? Change to develop her Management and Leadership knowledge and skills. The course has involved two years of hard work and having faced a significant personal battle half way through, all of us at the NEBRC are incredibly proud and in awe of Lizzie’s determination.

Lizzie commented on her time studying for the apprenticeship:

“I recently achieved a distinction in my Level 5 Apprenticeship in Operations/Departmental Management with Whyy? Change. The in-person sessions were engaging and challenging, and it was useful to be able to learn from peers.

I am very thankful to the NEBRC for giving me opportunity to undertake the Apprenticeship and for their continued support.”

Head of Business Development Steve Leach also spoke on Lizzie’s achievement:

“This is a fantastic achievement from Lizzie.  Not only has Lizzie passed her CMI level 5 Diploma, Lizzie also completed this on the Apprentice programme and passed both parts with distinction.

As an employer, staff development is important to us, allowing our talented staff to develop and learn is key to developing individuals but also benefiting the business.  The blend of working and training has worked really well for us.  The modules Lizzie completed directly benefited the organisation and allowed Lizzie to put a defined framework around the work she is carrying out.  We are all super-proud of Lizzie in passing this.”

Lizzie on the way to a bright future and we have no doubt that she will continue to achieve great things as she has for the past 5 years with us. Congratulations again Lizzie!
